When should I arrive for my appointment?
​Please aim to arrive 5 - 10 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment time to prepare for the session.

What is your cancellation policy?
I respectfully request at least 12 hours notice if you need to cancel or rebook your appointment. Full payment is required for the following:

• Less than 12 hour notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment.

• No show or missed appointment.

• Late arrivals - arriving late for a service may require shortening the length of the treatment; after 15 minutes the appointment will be considered a late cancellation.

Do you take walk-ins?
For the safety of my clients and guests I cannot accommodate walk-ins. I can, however, accommodate appointments with short-notice; please call or text me at 872-246-5933 to inquire about availability.

Do you permit minors to use your services?
​In compliance with Illinois regulations, minors, under the age of 18, must have a parent/guardian present for the duration of a session, as minors cannot provide informed consent for massage therapy services.

Is parking available?
There is free street parking available. If you are in need of a parking permit, please let me know when you arrive.
