Nema Massage

Located in Chicago's Wrigleyville neighborhood, Nema is a space created to serve my community with the medicine of healing touch. Massage therapy has been a vital part of my own healing journey, providing profound relief and emotional support throughout personal challenges. Understanding firsthand the powerful impact that touch and bodywork can have on the mind and body, I feel it's an invaluable tool for self-care, especially in the midst of an urban environment.

As a graduate of the New School for Massage, and someone with a deep passion for healing and wellness, I blend my formal education with an outlook I've gathered from mentors, self-study, and indigenous practices. I offer a holistic approach to therapy and strive to bring both empathy and skill to every session, ensuring clients feel seen, supported, and cared for. ​​
